The company is registered with CRB as Class 2 in the fields of ICT, Telecommunication, and Security Services, and Class 5 in Civil Works and Electrical Works contracting.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, managing day-to-day financial operations, and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and telecom industry standards.

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning.

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Support CAPEX and OPEX planning for telecom infrastructure projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance; experience in managerial role is a plus.

Experience in the telecommunication or technology industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and telecom compliance.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
