Job Title: Recovery Officer

Job Purpose

To manage non-performing loans and ensure effective recovery of delinquent accounts while maintaining professional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on overdue loan accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and implement recovery strategies.
Prepare portfolio quality and recovery performance reports.
Liaise with legal teams on recovery actions where necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recovery records.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit administration or debt recovery within a financial institution.
Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge of banking regulations and recovery procedures will be an added advantage.
