Finance Officer

Hope Microcredit is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support and manage day-to-day financial operations.

Job Description

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and budgeting support. The role also ensures compliance with internal financial policies and supports both internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
