Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Procurement Manager (1 Position)

• Purpose: Oversee the organization’s procurement process, including purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suppliers, analyzing quotations, and processing purchase orders.

  • Conducting market research and cost comparison exercises.

  • Supervising procurement staff and monitoring stock levels.

  • Enforcing procurement policies and internal controls.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. CPSP-T certification is an advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement.

2. Procurement Supervisor (3 Positions)

• Purpose: Support the Procurement Manager in day-to-day operations and inventory reconciliation.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.

  • Ensure timely delivery and follow-up of ordered goods.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Stores departments.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain. Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail/wholesale.

3. Supermarket Manager (2 Positions)

• Purpose: Lead branch operations, manage staff performance, and achieve profitability targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales, inventory, and staff supervision.

  • Monitor performance indicators and profit margins.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health/safety compliance.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management. Minimum 3 years’ experience in supermarket operations.

4. Supermarket Supervisor (1 Position)

• Purpose: Supervise daily floor operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product display, pricing, and stock rotation.

  • Track sales performance and prepare daily reports.

  • Train and motivate staff.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management. Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG/Retail supervision.

5. Cashier (3 Positions)

• Purpose: Handle all cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately.

• Key Responsibilities:
