Job Vacancy: Front Desk Manager
Role Purpose
As a Front Desk Manager, you will lead the Front Office operations with a primary focus on Reception. You are responsible for ensuring extraordinary guest service, managing end-of-day procedures, and delivering accurate operational reports while driving revenue through strategic up-selling.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Satisfaction

Feedback Management: Actively elicit guest preferences and feedback to initiate improvements and maximize satisfaction.

Service Excellence: Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional service in line with corporate and property standards.

Problem Solving: Provide creative solutions to guest issues and maintain a “guest-first” mentality at every turn.
Revenue & Sales Optimization

Inventory Management: Optimize room inventory sales and control availability during high-occupancy periods.

Up-selling: Drive maximum room revenue through strategic up-selling within company guidelines.

Promotion: Actively promote the company loyalty program, F&B events, in-house facilities, and corporate partners.
Operational & Financial Compliance

Audit Procedures: Ensure all accounting and auditing practices align with company policies and governmental requirements.

Data Integrity: Verify audits and registration cards for accuracy before transitioning them to the Accounts department.

Reporting: Ensure all end-of-day procedures and subsequent reports are completed efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience

Degree: Ideally holds a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Experience: Previous leadership experience within a Hotel Front Office department.

Technical Skills: Computer literate; specific knowledge of Opera (PMS) is highly regarded.

Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
