Job Summary:

Twyford Tiles is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Fulfillment Buyer to manage procurement activities, ensure timely purchasing of materials, and support smooth operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

• Resolve supply issues and manage supplier performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

• Excellent communication skills.
