Job Title: Garage Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro (On-site)

Role Description

The Garage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily garage operations and managing the vehicle maintenance team. The role ensures that all company vehicles are properly serviced, repaired, and maintained to meet safety and quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating mechanics’ schedules, managing spare parts inventory, conducting vehicle inspections, liaising with suppliers, maintaining repair records, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the vehicle maintenance team
Ensure timely servicing and repair of all vehicles
Coordinate work schedules for mechanics and technical staff
Conduct regular vehicle inspections
Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance
Promote teamwork, efficiency, and accountability within the garage

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostics
Proven experience in supervising mechanical teams and coordinating schedules
Proficiency in inventory management and supplier coordination
Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Prior supervisory experience in the automotive or tourism sector is an advantage
Technical qualifications or certifications in vehicle maintenance and repair are a plus
