Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and secure new corporate clients
- Drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Staff & Service Supervision
- Lead and supervise staff and service teams
- Coordinate logistics and event/service execution
- Ensure staff performance meets company standards
Financial Management
- Monitor financial performance
- Control operational costs effectively
- Support budgeting and profitability goals
Quality, Safety & Hygiene
- Maintain strict food quality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Uphold company service standards at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Up to 7 years of experience in hospitality, catering, or food service management
- Strong background in:
