Job Overview

Organization: Diamond Trust Bank (DTB)
Position: Head – IT Infrastructure
Job Purpose: To lead, manage, and continuously improve the Bank’s IT Infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation: Develop and execute IT Infrastructure strategy aligned to the Bank’s digital roadmap and lead transformation initiatives such as cloud, virtualization, and automation.
Financial Management: Develop and manage infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budgets while optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the infrastructure team, including resource planning, appraisals, and developing certification roadmaps.
Reporting & Compliance: Present performance and risk reports to Executive Management and ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations.
Operations: Manage capacity planning and technology lifecycles.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: * At least five (5) years of experience in an IT environment.
- 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in Banking or financial services is preferred.
Technical Certifications: CCNP / CCIE, Microsoft Certified (Azure / Windows Server), or ITIL.
Advantageous Credentials: CISSP / CISM, VMware certification, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
Personal Attributes: Ability to handle complex environments independently and balance long-term and short-term business requirements.
