Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field
• Completion of a security training program
• Clean criminal record with a Police clearance certificate
• Must have gone through JKT (Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa) training
• Integrity, honesty, and commitment to company goals
• Good communication skills (telephone and in-person)
• Friendly and helpful interpersonal style
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Attention to detail
