• Be legally registered entities in Tanzania (excluding public authorities)

Required Documents

• Certificate of registration (e.g., BRELA)
• Valid business license
• TIN & VAT certificates
• Audited financial statements (last 3 years)
• Tax clearance certificate (issued within the same month of submission)
• Declaration of no pending legal disputes (not older than 6 months)
• Evidence of at least 10 similar projects (2023–2025)

Minimum Annual Turnover

• Companies/Organizations: TZS 100,000,000
• Sole Proprietors: TZS 50,000,000
