JOB VACANCIES: HR ASSISTANT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Remuneration: TZS 400,000 (Gross)

Herocean Baizhuo Technology Tanzania is seeking motivated, organized, and competent candidates to fill the following positions:

1. HR ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews;
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases;
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees;
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support documentation;
• Support compliance with labor laws and company HR policies;
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support;
• Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage;
• Basic knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Fluency in both English and Swahili.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office;
• Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls;
• Organize meetings, appointments, and maintain office schedules;
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation;
• Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory control;
• Support management and other departments with administrative tasks;
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
• At least 1–2 years of administrative experience is an added advantage;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Fluency in both English and Swahili.
