Human Resources Officer (HR)
About the role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Onfon Microfinance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Job description
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Human Resources.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
