Human Resource Officer – Full time

Alfa Pharmaceuticals Limited is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company located at Mbagala Rangi Tatu, Dar es Salaam. To strengthen our team, we are inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of:

Human Resources Officer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (MUST)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
• Must be a Tanzanian Citizen

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations matters
