POSITION DETAILS

Role: Intern – Stores and Procurement
Department: Stores and Procurement
Location: Sakina, Arusha
Application Deadline: 16th February 2026


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with receiving, recording, and issuing materials
  • Supporting stock management and inventory control
  • Assisting in procurement processes and supplier coordination
  • Updating stores records and documentation
  • Supporting general departmental administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of stores and inventory management
  • Computer literacy (specifically MS Excel and Word)

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • High integrity
  • Willingness to learn
