POSITION DETAILS
Role: Intern – Stores and Procurement
Department: Stores and Procurement
Location: Sakina, Arusha
Application Deadline: 16th February 2026
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with receiving, recording, and issuing materials
- Supporting stock management and inventory control
- Assisting in procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Updating stores records and documentation
- Supporting general departmental administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of stores and inventory management
- Computer literacy (specifically MS Excel and Word)
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills
- High integrity
- Willingness to learn
