Who We Are & The Aim
The EACOP project is a midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania. It includes a 1,443 km thermal insulated crude oil pipeline and a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). The internship program focuses on cultivating local talent by providing hands-on experience and industry exposure to young professionals in the East African energy sector.
General Selection Criteria

Must provide a letter from the university and a copy of a student ID.

Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

Must be available full-time for the duration of the internship.

Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.

Good communication skills and positive attitude.

Must write and submit an internship application letter.

| Human Resources | 01 | Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and business administration. |
| Corporate Affairs | 01 | Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. |
| Legal & Compliance | 01 | Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university or a master’s degree. |
| Local Content | 01 | Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law, Community Development, or a related discipline, with a strong background in data management and Excel. |
