Internship Opportunities: Training and Communications
UONGOZI Institute is currently seeking to recruit interns for Executive Education and Communications functions. The Institute is a regional leadership development hub operating under the Office of the President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Positions Summary

Training Intern (2 positions)
-
Role: Supports the coordination, development, and delivery of executive education programmes to leaders in Tanzania and across Africa.

Reporting: Working under the Executive Education Department, the Intern reports directly to the Head of Programme Delivery.

Communications Intern (1 position)
-
Role: Supports campaigns and activities to enhance and maintain the positive image of the Institute, and also, increase its visibility and reach.

Reporting: Working under the Public Relations and Communications Unit, the intern reports directly to the Head of Public Relations and Communications.

General Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in the particular fields of study.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and internet search tools.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swahili.

Core Abilities: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Volunteering experience is preferred, although not required.
Duration and Location

Location: All positions are based in Dar es Salaam.

Duration: The selected interns will be engaged for up to one year, based on performance and the Institute’s needs.

Travel: Some assignments will involve travelling.
