Twyford Tiles Tanzania is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Issuing Officer to join their manufacturing team. This role focuses on overseeing outbound operations, vehicle dispatch, and warehouse efficiency to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound operations and warehouse tasks to ensure accurate data and smooth workflow.
• Organize vehicle dispatch and delivery sequences based on order status and available resources.
• Oversee loading efficiency and timeliness to ensure goods are dispatched on schedule.
• Enforce loading standards to ensure proper placement of goods and safe transportation.
• Conduct pre-outbound inspections and report abnormalities according to company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transport Management

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse outbound operations, loading management, and vehicle dispatch

Skills & Attributes:

• Familiarity with outbound processes and vehicle allocation
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and work under pressure
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Availability:

• Willingness to follow work arrangements and work overtime as needed
