Position Summary

Sava-Tech Financial Services Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join its team.

The intern will assist the IT department with:

• Technical support
• System maintenance
• Software development tasks

This role offers practical experience in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues
• Assist in troubleshooting network and system problems
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
• Help maintain IT documentation and records
• Assist in software development or website updates (if applicable)
• Perform system testing and debugging
• Participate in IT projects and team meetings
• Assist in data extraction, visualization, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics
• Familiarity with Unix systems and cloud infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools (Power BI, R)
