Job Description

The Junior Applications Developer will support the development and maintenance of banking, financial, and enterprise web and mobile applications. The role focuses on learning and building secure, scalable, and high-availability systems while working closely with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
• Support the development of RESTful APIs and database operations.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Collaborate with team members during requirements analysis and system design.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Apply Agile development methodologies in day-to-day work.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of application security and performance concepts.
• Develop user interfaces aligned with enterprise UI/UX and accessibility standards.
• Adhere to SDLC processes, change management procedures, and audit requirements.
