Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on exposure to multiple engineering and technical functions. The Junior Technical Officer will support operations across mechanical and electrical engineering, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, logistics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform production, processing, warehousing, dispatch, fieldwork, engineering, maintenance, or logistics tasks as instructed.
Monitor equipment performance and identify faults or abnormalities.
Conduct routine maintenance activities including calibration, troubleshooting, and basic repairs under supervision.
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Participate in technical inspections and follow up on assigned action points.
Support construction, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure.
Document maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and operational challenges.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QA/QC, or any STEM-related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to diverse technical and operational roles.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
