The Role
The Hospital Laundry Attendant is a vital part of the patient care team. Your primary goal is to ensure the highest standards of hygiene through the management of hospital linens and staff uniforms.
Key Responsibilities

Laundry Cycle: Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and stack soiled linens and uniforms.

Distribution: Deliver clean linens to patient rooms and various hospital departments.

Maintenance: Operate industrial washing/drying machines and perform minor repairs on uniforms.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized laundry room and strictly follow infection control and safety protocols.

Team Support: Work under supervisor guidance to complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
| Requirement | Description |
| Education | Secondary School Certificate (O-level). |
| Certification | Certificate in Laundry Operations or Assistant Nursing. |
| Experience | Minimum of 3 years in a hospital laundry environment. |
| Physical Ability | Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads. |
| Interpersonal | Strong attention to detail; ability to work both independently and in a team. |
| Work Ethic | Commitment to safety, hygiene, and following strict medical instructions. |
