Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide accurate legal opinions.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Assist in handling litigation matters and court procedures.

• Support senior lawyers in case preparation and legal strategy.

• Liaise with clients, courts, and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and legal procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation and case records.

• Attend client meetings and provide legal support where required.

• Monitor legal developments and advise accordingly.

• Handle administrative legal tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.

• Professional Qualification: Law School qualification is an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant legal experience.

• Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.

  • Experience in legal drafting and documentation.

  • Good research and analytical skills.
