GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 28 years or below.
– Education: Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in
a.Business Administration
b.Engineering
c.Economics
d.Finance, or related fields.
– Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Swahili and/or Chinese is a strong plus.
– Skills: Strong willingness to learn, leadership potential, excellent communication, and adaptability.
– Mindset: Ambitious, results-driven, and committed to a long-term career in Tanzania.
