02 — WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Drive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.

Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth.

Data Optimization: Analyse performance data to continuously optimise conversion funnels and CAC/LTV ratios.

AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate content, and surface insights.

CRM Management: Build and manage CRM pipelines, ensuring data hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Market Growth: Identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable growth initiatives.

Content Creation: Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target personas.

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, and leadership to align go-to-market strategies.
03 — WHAT YOU BRING
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–4 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or a combined commercial role.

Performance: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.

Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Marketing Knowledge: Strong command of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email).

Analytical Skills: Data-literate: comfortable pulling reports and making decisions from metrics.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
04 — NICE TO HAVE
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a startup or high-growth SME environment.

Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity, etc.).

Exposure to performance marketing and paid media management.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

Basic understanding of analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
