Key Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct structured market research to identify potential customers, including:

  • Map stakeholders within each value chain and maintain a qualified prospect database.

  • Monitor competitor positioning, pricing structures, and solution gaps in the market.

2. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Segment customers by industry, including:

    • Horticulture
    • Utilities
    • Transport
    • Government
  • Design tailored marketing strategies for each sector.
  • Define value propositions for each product line, focusing on:

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for:
    • Marketing campaigns

3. Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to prepare:

  • Support government procurement processes, including:

    • Solution demonstrations

4. Marketing Campaign Execution

Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including:

  • Track campaign Return on Investment (ROI) and maintain structured post-event follow-up processes.

5. Digital Marketing and Brand Management

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of corporate website content.
  • Ensure consistent publication of:

    • Whitepapers
    • Product briefs
    • Sector insights
  • Supervise social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and others) with a focus on professional audience engagement.
  • Manage:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Paid digital campaigns
    • Analytics and performance tracking
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.

6. Content Development

Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including:

  • Company profiles and capability statements
  • Brochures and technical product sheets

7. Stakeholder Relationship Management
