A fast-growing Renewable Energy and Technology company based in Dar es Salaam is looking for a dynamic Marketing,
Sales & Social Media Manager to drive brand growth,
lead sales efforts, and build a powerful digital presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
──────────────────────────────
▸ Develop and execute marketing strategies
across energy and technology brands
▸ Manage and grow social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
▸ Drive sales — lead generation, client
pitching, proposals, and closing deals
▸ Create content: brochures, videos, case
studies, blog posts, and graphics
▸ Track campaign performance and deliver
data-driven insights
▸ Build and maintain strong client
relationships

REQUIREMENTS
──────────────────────────────
▸ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,
Communications, or related field
▸ 3+ years experience in marketing, sales,
and social media management- include links to work you have done.
▸ Proven track record growing social media
audiences with measurable results
▸ Strong sales and negotiation skills
▸ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite,
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
▸ Fluent in English and Swahili
▸ Self-motivated and able to manage
multiple projects independently
