Position Details

Title: Max Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Locations: Geita, Mbeya, Arusha, Iringa, or Morogoro
General Summary: Focused on achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory by securing new business accounts and effectively selling company products.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

A Diploma or Certificate in a Business-related field.
A background in IT is considered an added advantage.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in internet or technology products for SMEs.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Demonstrated track record in managing customer relationships.

Core Competencies

Product Knowledge and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Resilience, integrity, and time management.
Ability to work effectively without supervision.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a full understanding of Habari’s product lines.
Identify potential “Habari Home” and “Business” customers.
Discover customer needs to generate interest in products.
Follow procedures for generating and tracking leads within sales systems.
Follow up with potential customers and internal teams to ensure sales closure and timely installation.
Maintain contact with new customers (especially in the first three months) to ensure service satisfaction.
