Position: MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3–5 years in cement plant maintenance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cement plant equipment (Crusher, VRM, Kiln, Ball Mill, Packing Plant)
Experience in equipment alignment, lubrication, and maintenance practices
Familiarity with preventive & predictive maintenance techniques
Understanding of ISO systems and safety standards

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute maintenance activities for plant equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical systems and breakdowns
Ensure proper inspection, alignment, and performance of machinery
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Maintain maintenance records and support spare parts planning
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Support shutdown planning and major maintenance execution
