Position Summary

The Merchant Business Operations Support Officer will support merchant onboarding, operational processes, and mobile money services. The role ensures smooth account setup, KYC compliance, operational control, and second-level partner support to deliver efficient service to all merchants.

Key Responsibilities

Support merchant onboarding and account activation processes.
Manage change requests and product updates.
Coordinate resolution of merchant queries across internal teams.
Support bank sweep configurations and fund allocation processes.
Prepare operational and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and internal control processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in telecom, fintech, or financial services is an added advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to operational excellence.
