1. Position: CAT EXCAVATOR OPERATORS

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CAT Excavators safely and efficiently.

2. Conduct daily machine inspections and routine maintenance.

3. Excavate and load materials according to project plans.

4. Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth operations.

5. Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements:

1. Valid operating license/certificate for Excavator.

2. Proven experience with CAT Excavators (e.g., 320D 325D, 330, or similar).

3. Strong understanding of safety standards.

4. Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.

2. Position: RC DRILLERS

 

For operating various heavy-duty trucks including TATA, FUSO, ASHOK, Shakman tippers, and water bowsers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate RC drilling rigs rigorously efficiently and safely in various terrain and conditions.

2. Perform daily maintenance and pre-start inspections of rig and support equipment.

3. Maintain consistent sample quality and ensure proper sample handling and labelling.

4. Supervise and coordinate activities of drill assistants/helpers.

5. Accurately complete drilling reports and shift records.

6. Adhere to all safety and environmental policies on site.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an RC Driller.

2. Solid understanding of RC drilling procedures, troubleshooting, and rig operation.

3. Physically fit and able to work in remote field locations.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

5. Relevant drilling certifications are an advantage.
