1. POST: Investigator (2 Posts)

 

Summary

 

The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting investigations, gathering evidence for various criminal cases, interviewing suspects and witnesses, and preparing clear, accurate reports. The role requires working ethically and collaboratively, following all laws, protecting confidentiality, and supporting related duties as assigned.

Academic Qualification & Experience

 

• Education: Formal secondary education to an advanced level.

• Certification: Certificate or Diploma in Criminology, Law, Security Studies, or any related field.

• License: A valid Tanzanian Driving License.

• Experience: 3 years previous professional experience with investigatory procedures and practice in the industry setting.

2. POST: Driver Light Vehicle (1 Post)

 

Summary

 

This role requires driving company light vehicles safely to assigned destinations while ensuring the vehicle remains clean, secure, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle checks, maintaining accurate log sheets, following preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting daily operations as instructed by supervisors.

Academic Qualification & Experience

 

• Education: Formal secondary education.

• Certification: Valid Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.

• License: Valid Tanzanian Driving License (Classes A, B, C, D & E).

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in driving light vehicles.

3. POST: Guard Security (2 Posts)

 

Summary

 

The Guard Security posts are responsible for maintaining safety and security across the estate by monitoring activities, protecting people and property, and responding to incidents. Duties include staying alert to unusual behavior, following post orders, ensuring all incidents are reported promptly, executing daily security operations, and carrying out additional duties as instructed by supervisors.

Academic Qualification & Experience

 

• Education: Certificate of Secondary Education.

• Certification (Advantageous): Militia or army certification or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in security or military-related roles.
