1. Network Engineer Level II (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and implementation of network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide Level 2 technical support by troubleshooting complex network issues and ensuring optimal network performance with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain relevant industry certifications to support vendor partnerships and technical capabilities.
• Implement network security measures and utilize monitoring tools to enhance system protection and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and project updates.

2. Network Support Engineer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network and security solutions for clients.
• Respond to technical support requests and provide timely troubleshooting assistance.
• Provide technical support both remotely and on-site where required.
• Assist in pre-sales technical activities, including solution configuration and technical presentations to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure systems are fully functional after issue resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Track and maintain accurate records of work activities and support requests.
• Prepare and submit technical reports as required.
• Pursue assigned technical certifications and continuous professional development.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in networking or security technologies such as:
  • Cisco
  • Fortinet
  • Palo Alto Networks
    or other related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of networking and security solutions.
