Benson & Company is expanding our team — and we’re looking for talented, energetic professionals ready to grow with us.

Open Position:

Benson & Company is looking for an Office Coordinator to support our B2B Division by managing internal sales, customer service, and day-to-day coordination.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll act as the link between clients, sales, and service teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and showroom visitors, and support the B2B sales process by preparing quotations, scheduling demos and service jobs, and ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.

If you’re confident handling client enquiries, excellent at multitasking, and comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, and general office tools – this could be a great fit.

Experience coordinating between departments and working with technical products or service environments is a strong advantage.

Location: Arusha (must be locally available)
