AKO Group Limited, a leading catering and facilities management service provider in Tanzania, is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate daily operational activities in Dar es Salaam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily operational activities across company sites and departments
• Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring of service delivery operations
• Liaise with site managers and teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate logistics, supplies, and resources required for operations
• Assist in resolving operational issues while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain proper documentation and communication between departments
