JOB VACANCY: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Herocean Entreprises (T) LTD is seeking a motivated and responsible Personal Assistant to support management operations and administrative activities within the company.


Requirements

  • Must be male.
  • 1–3 years of work experience after graduation.
  • Educational background in Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Willing to undertake administrative duties, internships, and office support tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support financial or legal documentation when required.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office records.
  • Coordinate communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain confidential company information.
  • Assist in follow-ups on projects, contracts, and office activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Breakdown of Duties:

1. Administrative Support
• Managing the manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
• Preparing letters, reports, and presentations.

2. Communication Management
• Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
• Acting as a point of contact between the manager and staff, clients, or partners.

3. Meeting Coordination
• Scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
• Preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Following up on action points from meetings.

4. Office and Administrative Tasks
• Managing office supplies and administrative logistics.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and bookings when needed.

5. Document and Record Management
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and confidential documents.
