Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership

• Carry out engineering designs and conduct design reviews.
• Lead design teams and develop technical strategies.

2. Project Management

• Direct project planning, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

3. Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10–15+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Proven experience leading large or complex projects and design teams.
• Strong knowledge of international design standards and advanced engineering tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially sound outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
• Mandatory registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
