Key Responsibilities
-
Develop, implement and monitor procurement plans in line with company needs.

Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality goods/services at competitive prices.

Process purchase requisitions, POs, and related documents.
-
Oversee receiving, storage, recording and issuance of materials.
-
Enforce stock control procedures to prevent losses, expiries and stock-outs.
-
Ensure accurate stock records in the inventory management system (manual or ERP).

Prepare periodic procurement and inventory reports.
-
Ensure transparency and adherence to policies and regulations.

Supervise procurement and store staff.
Key Skills

Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritize work and maintain efficient workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
-
High level of accuracy in documentation, record-keeping and inventory tracking.

Competent in negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
-
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
-
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain or related field.
-
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management within the construction industry or similar fast-paced environments.

Possession of a PSPTB professional certification will be considered an asset.
