- Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro
Job Overview
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of customer orders. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and production processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure high-quality output and timely completion of orders
- Manage production staff and machinery
- Monitor materials usage and production efficiency
- Prepare and submit production reports
- Maintain smooth workflow and operational standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Printing Technology
- Production Management
- Or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production environment
- Experience in printing, branding, signage, or advertising industry is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet production deadlines
