1. Scope of Work
The successful bidder must provide a dedicated workforce for comprehensive cleaning services at the cement plant and associated facilities, including:

Cleaning of designated waste storage areas (inside and outside the plant).

Sweeping and collection of spilled waste.
-
Removal of accumulated debris.
-
Washing and general housekeeping of industrial areas and associated facilities.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Interested firms must meet the following criteria:

Be a Tanzanian registered entity.

Provide Audited Financials for the years 2023 and 2024.
-
Hold valid OSHA, WCF, and Tax Clearance certificates.

Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial cleaning.
3. Key Dates & Site Visit
A site visit is highly recommended to assess the operational environment.

Site Visit Dates: 16th & 17th February, 2026 at 10:00 HRS A.M.

Location: MCCL Plant, Songwe Industrial Area, Plot No. 1/1, Mbeya.

Mandatory PPE: All attendees must wear full Personal Protective Equipment, including safety boots, high-visibility vest, and hard hat.
