QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Key Responsibilities
- Put together cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to help kickstart construction projects smoothly.
- Keep a close eye on spending and make sure costs stay on track from start to finish.
- Create customized quotations for different client needs and project scopes.
- Visit sites to take measurements and carry out valuations that guide project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software e.g., Plan swift, MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
