JOB VACANCY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Dar es Salaam

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in cost management and project control within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents, specifically for construction projects.

Conduct cost analysis and ensure strict cost control on expenditures.

Monitor budgets and prepare accurate project financial reports.

Evaluate and manage variations and contractual claims.

Value completed works and coordinate timely payments.

Liaise with engineers, site managers, and clients to maintain project efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site visits for progress assessments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

A Registered Quantity Surveyor (QS/OS) is added advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housing or road construction projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other cost management tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
