Role Overview

TEF Consult is seeking a skilled technical professional to oversee product repairs, troubleshooting, and spare parts management. This role is vital for maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient service center operations and expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Troubleshooting and repairing customer products at the Zonal Service Center.
Supervision: Managing escalations and providing support to Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) within the zone.
Inventory Management: Monitoring the utilization of spare parts and warranty stock.
Performance Tracking: Ensuring all service KPIs and repair turnaround times (TAT) are strictly met.
Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on repairs and fault trends.
Capacity Building: Coordinating technical training sessions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years in after-sales operations or technical repair roles.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities and deep knowledge of maintenance processes.
Added Advantage: Prior experience in Solar Installation.
