About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Manager (RFM) to lead finance, administration, and HR across our Tanzania and Uganda offices. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll ensure sound financial management, donor compliance, and partner capacity strengthening while supporting strategic planning and systems improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Oversee compliance, audits, procurement, and vendor management.
• Support proposal budgeting and donor reporting.
• Strengthen financial systems and train partners in financial management.
• Supervise regional finance teams and coordinate with Trias Brussels and donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years’ senior finance experience in donor-funded NGOs.
• Strong skills in budgeting, audits, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Business Central).
• Fluency in English and Swahili.

Desirable: Regional experience, EU/Belgian donor knowledge, or background in agricultural/coastal development.
