💼 Position Overview
🎯 Role Summary
The Regional Coordinator is a senior leadership role responsible for regional operations, profitability, and team performance.
- Reports to: Senior Regional Coordinator
- Role Type: Line Manager & Regional Business Owner
- Core Focus: Growth, operations, people management, and profitability
📊 Key Accountabilities
- Manage regional Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive cost efficiency
- Oversee inventory management and compliance across hubs
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of:
- Jaza Stars
- Super Stars
- Manage team performance through:
- Meetings
- Coaching
- Performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Jaza behaviours
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
📈 Business Growth & Performance
- Develop monthly and quarterly regional growth plans
- Increase active customers per hub to 150+ active users (L7)
- Achieve 1.5M monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Maintain ARPU > $2.9
- Identify growth challenges and propose solutions
🧑🤝🧑 Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit and train regional teams (Jaza Stars & Super Stars)
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Build strong team culture and accountability
- Lead by example in line with company behaviours
📦 Inventory & Operations Management
- Ensure strict inventory control across all hubs
- Maintain:
- Missing packs below 1% regionally
- 0% lost packs using 4-5-7 inventory system
- Prevent overstocking and ensure proper tracking
- Enforce compliance with inventory policies
🔧 Technical & Service Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve hub technical issues
- Ensure high hub uptime and service continuity
- Assign urgent technical cases to field technicians
- Support logistics and transport for field operations
🤝 Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure smooth customer experience at hub level
- Resolve charging issues and complaints promptly
- Support Jaza Stars in handling customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
📊 Strategy & Decision Making
- Identify operational risks and growth barriers
- Use data-driven insights for decision-making
- Implement strategic plans for regional expansion
- Ensure alignment with company goals
🏛️ External Relations
- Build relationships with local government officials
- Represent the company in legal and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with local requirements
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Or related field
💼 Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years in leadership/management roles
- Experience in:
- Energy sector, FMCG, or related industries
- Team leadership and operational management
- Inventory, logistics, and customer service
