Core Purpose
The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by deepening existing relationships and acquiring new high-potential customers. You will be responsible for hitting revenue targets through the sale of liabilities, cash management services, credit cards, and other retail banking products.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Your duties will revolve around portfolio management, sales growth, and service excellence:

Portfolio Growth: Increase Current Account Savings Account (CASA) balances and meet specific fee income goals.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing personalized financial reviews and informed banking choices.

Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities within your portfolio to pitch additional products and use client referrals to acquire new business.

Data & Reporting: Maintain a sales/query database for performance analysis and provide regular position reports to the Branch Manager.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with Branch Managers to identify market opportunities and provide expert solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications

| Education | University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Banking/Finance/Marketing). |
| Experience | Minimum of 2 years in a similar Relationship Management role within Retail Banking. |
| Technical Skills | High computer literacy and familiarity with evolving banking technologies. |
| Key Knowledge | In-depth understanding of Retail Products (Liabilities, Acquisitions, Cash Management, Credit Cards). |
