• Position: Renewable Energy Sales & Marketing Manager

• Location: Rock City Mall, Mwanza, Tanzania

Role Summary

This role requires a results-driven professional with proven experience in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client acquisition, digital campaigns, brand development, and overseeing B2B/B2C solar sales processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation, sales closure, and revenue growth in solar and ESS markets.

• Develop marketing campaigns (offline & digital) tailored to different sectors.

• Manage partnerships, dealer networks, and exhibitions.

• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and marketing collateral.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

• Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in sales & marketing within the solar/energy industry.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and team leadership skills.

• Experience with CRM tools, social media platforms, and content strategy.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
