- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
- Proficient in Opera, MS Office, and professional email correspondence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
- Sales-oriented with proven ability to upsell rooms and services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
