Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic, guest-focused Revenue professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication across all reservation channels to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm guest room reservations received via telephone, email, letter, or fax.
  • Accurately input all reservation details into the system, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, offers, room types, and facilities.
  • Apply sound product knowledge, understand the hotel’s rate structure, and support effective rate management.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for reservation correspondence and prepare reports as requested by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
  • Promote and maintain positive public relations with guests and partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure room status information is accurate and updated at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls in line with Rotana brand standards and monitor emails and fax communications continuously.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests in accordance with hotel policy and identify opportunities for upselling when appropriate.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations is required.
  • Computer literate with experience in hotel reservation systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
