Retail Shops Coordinator at Ongeza AgroVet, Arusha – December 2025 

POSITION: RETAIL SHOPS COORDINATOR – 1 POSTS  

We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to support both field extension activities and retail operations.

2.0 LOCATION: Arusha (Ready to travel across the region)

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuring consistent product availability and supervising retail shop operations.
2. Ensuring all retail purchases of agricultural inputs are made through Jumla Africa.
3. Conducting regular stock checks and sharing updated wholesale price lists with customers.
4. Coordinating delivery of goods when required.
5. Training farmers on safe agrochemical use, good agronomic practices, and new products.
6. Conducting farm visits, demonstrations, and farmer field days.
7. Following up with farmers on crop progress and providing after-sales support.
8. Maintaining accurate records and preparing daily/weekly reports.
9. Supporting sales targets, customer loyalty programs, and building strong relationships with farmers and local authorities.

4.0 QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing, Business administration or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Knowledge of agro-inputs (seeds, pesticides or veterinary drugs, etc.) is an advantage.
• Willing to travel across the Regions
